Production
Lors de la fabrication de la poudre d'extinction GRANITO, une attention particulière est apportée aux approvisionnements en matières premières (des grades pharmaceutiques sont utilisés). La poudre extinctrice GRANITO est produite à partir de bicarbonate de sodium (très efficace contre les feux de type BC), un agent fluidisant et un agent hydrophobe extrêmement résistant. ; Les différents composés sont broyés, mélangés et calibrés pour s'assurer que chaque particule est à la taille optimale pour s'écouler librement dans les tuyaux et pour assurer également la meilleure extinction des feux de type BC. ; Le choix judicieux des composants et la fabrication minutieuse permettent une garantie de 10 ans à vie (grâce à une hydrophobie exceptionnelle, une résistance au tassement et une fluidité améliorée). ; Le process de fabrication de GRANITO est sous contrôle de qualité (EN.ISO 9001: 2008); et GRANITO est fabriqué uniquement par Ai GROUP dans notre établissement de Naintré (France). ; La poudre d'extinction GRANITO est homologuée EN.615. ; Applications :

The dry chemical powder Granito™ is dielectric and can be used safely even in case of electrical equipment fire.

The dry chemical powder Granito™ is compatible with almost all foam concentrates: it does not contain any foam-destroying
compounds (defoamer like siliconic molecules).

Easy operating
The dry chemical powder Granito™ includes a fluidizing agent which facilitates the depacking of the powder (rounded grains of dry chemical Granito™ allow an optimal depacking and whatever the propulsion system used). Also, the dry chemical powder Granito™ includes a hydrophobic agent which does not allow moisture to “attack” the heart of the grain. As the dry chemical powder Granito™ was non corrosive and non abrasive, the reconditioning of the materials affected by the fire is easier.
Environment
As the dry chemical powder Granito™ has an extended lifetime, less waste than other dry chemical have to be considered. Also, the flawless of the raw materials (pharmaceutical grade - such guarantees without chlorine) allows the end of life dry chemical powder Granito™ to be used as compost. The dry chemical powder Granito™ has no impact on vegetation (INRA certificate).
